Dosage Patient Age Standard Dosage Maximum Daily Dosage Adults 1 drop twice daily 3 drops per eye daily Elderly 1 drop twice daily 3 drops per eye daily Instill one drop in affected eye(s) approximately 12 hours apart. Wait 5 minutes between different eye drops if using multiple medications. Duration of Action Bricoma Eye Drop begins lowering intraocular pressure within 1-2 hours of administration. Peak effect occurs at approximately 2 hours, with pressure-lowering effects lasting 8-12 hours. Consistent twice-daily dosing maintains optimal intraocular pressure control throughout the day.
