The Paradiso Bronze fig is recognizable by the bronze or brown flecks that appear on the ripe green skin of this fruit. It produces large figs with a sweet center. It is a member of the Paradiso series of figs, and is also sometimes called Bronze Paradiso. In addition to the brown flecks, there may appear brown spots, striping, or patches. Be sure to wait until you see some of the bronze hues to pick this fig. If picked too soon, you will not get the optimum flavor of Paradiso Bronze.
