Players can either choose from one of 45 choreographed routines of varying lengths and intensities or create their own workout. In My Workouts mode, players create and set the length of their workout by creating a custom playlist from the 110 included music tracks, as well as changing the intensity of the routine, in an effort to beat their best score and improve performance. BoxVR also supports multiplayer, enabling players to compete with five other people in real-time to tackle the same workout together.
